In 1933 Irene and Ladislas Starewitch produced and directed a film about 1000 meters long entitled intially 'LS 18'. Under pressure from distributors length has been greatly reduced, the film became Fetish Mascot, about 600 meters, distributed in 1934 , the first episode of a series. In 1954 L. Starewitch designed Hangover using images from 'LS 18', which were not included in Fetish Mascot. Just recently reconstruction of the original film was started by using multiple copies of Fetish Mascot distributed in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, and negatives of Hangover, preserved in the archives of L. and I. Starewitch.
